The Allergen Management Guide for IFS was created in cooperation with the IFS. It applies to the standards:

- IFS Logistics Version 3
- IFS PACsecure 3
- IFS Broker 3.2
- IFS Wholesale / Cash & Carry 2
The guide explains the international legal requirements for allergen declaration for packaged and loose goods. It describes the possible risks for the development, introduction and management of an allergen management system along the supply chain and in your own company. All possible risks are listed in tables in each chapter, including a risk assessment for your HACCP. Of course, there is also an evaluation of the qualitative and quantitative analytical methods.
